I am an experienced Project & Product manager with technical background who knows how to interact with both internal teams and clients and like to use hybrid methodologies to get things done.
By my nature I have great attention for the details and therefore like processes and organization. But years of experiences also taught me that you have to be highly adaptable to survive in a fast-paced environment.
Whether managing the team or talking to the stakeholders I go with “Trust, but verify” approach so I can manage the risks and address challenges quickly.
